Michael Natale has full P&L accountability and is responsible for driving the strategic growth of the Ingredion Mexico Plant Based Protein Global business. Prior to his current role he was Senior Director of Commercial for Ingredion Mexico & Central America Region. Michael has passionately been a part of Ingredion for the last 3 years and has successfully worked in the Food & Beverage Ingredients sector for more than 20 years. He was General Manager & Vice President managing the LATAM division for the largest US family owned Flavor & Fragrance company, Bell Flavors & Fragrances. He has served on the boards of the Flavor Extract Manufacturing Association and Food Chamber Board for the state of Jalisco(CIAJ). His business focus has always been customer centered. He has his MBA, major in Entrepreneurship and BA from DePaul University.
